| Description |
YU TAI Jian Shyr Keh Non-shrink mortar is composed of cement, aggregate and various additives that can cause cement to adequate swelling. That is called non shrinkage cement and is used to machine basement, bridge basement and steel structure basement. |

| Instruction for use |
1. Concrete surface must be sounded and non flaking behaviour; oil, loose and others defect must be cleaned.
2. Dilute primer coating, UT-202, with 2 to 3 times water, then homogenous coating to saturation state.
3. Mixing: 4.5~5kg water needed for per bag. Pour third-fourth water into mixing tank first, then pour non shrinkage cement, then the surplus water can be added to obstain a adequate viscosity we required. Stirred by electric mixer to homogenous state nearly 3-5 minutes until the mixture can homogenous disperse and have no slump.
4. In order to keep air away to affect the product quality, the mixing and pouring process should be continuously. |
| Maintain |
Avoid rapid curing is necessary, after finishing. To maintain it by general concrete maintain method. |
| Notes |
(1)Must not to construct when the temperature is below 10C.
(2)Strength growth will be retarding if the temperature is below 20C.
(3)Added sufficient water while stir the mixture.
(4)Store in a dry and cool enviroment.
(5)Self life approximate 6 months when store in original sealed containers. |
