| Description |
YU TAI UT-212, Jian Shyr Keh Self-leveling flooring compound is a high flowability, mortar, easy to use, rapid consturction, auto-leveling, high mechanical strength, wear reistence and high compressive strength compound which is composed of cement and aggregate with adding various additives. |

| Instruction for use |
1. Surface preparation: Pollution, flake, dust, oil, bubbles and loose part should be cleaned and removed from surface. Cavity should be filled up and cracks should be reinforced.
2. Primer coating: Dilute primer with 2 or 3 times water, then applied by spray, brush or roller until concrete surface have saturation state.
3. Material Mixing: Pour sufficient water into stirred tank and use electric mixer to stir. During stirring, slowly pour Jian Shyr Keh self-leveling mortar into tank and homogenous mix until no particle appears. With high flow ability and no water folating for principle, the mixing ratio of powder to water is approximately 1 to 0.22 that means amount 5.5kg per pack.
4. Material application: Start with inner corner, pour self-leveling mortar on the ground. Apply it by using tooth shape scraper to scrape homogenous thickness. Then modify it by soft trowel.
5. Maintain: Avoid rapiding curing after finishing 4 hours. |

1. Bottoming and leveling before installation for various floor tiles, PVC floor, square floor and woods.
2. Ground cement modified and leveling of various office building, electric factories, gymnasiums, schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopes and apartment.
3. Factories, machine rooms, warehouses, parking areas that need wear resistance, non flaking and leveling function.
4. Renew and repair for various floor decoration.
5. Urgency finish needed, rapid installation needed. |

| Notes |
1. Added sufficient water while stir the mixture.
2. The instruments will be cleaned directly with after the mixture is not yet dring.
3. Must wear gloves and mask to avoid being touch.
4. Must immediately wash with plenty of water while power contact with eyes.
5. Store in a dry and cool enviroment.
6. Self life approximate 6 months when store in original sealed containers. |
