Description	YU TAI Jian Shyr Keh water-based wear-resistant morter resin, high flowability mortar material, is a water curing resin mortar floor paint and is composed by polymer emulsion with Portland cement and with high hardness aggregate and added various additives.
Advantage	1. Good resistance to damp and it is used to high damping area, suce as basement. 2. High flowability, smooth surface. 3. Water based, nonflammable, good workability. 4. It offers excellent adhesion to superior smooth surface, shch as tile 5. High hardness, wear resistance, flaking free. 6. Excellent water resistance and waterproofing. 7. Rapid conctruction, thickish coating in one layer.
Instruction for use	1. All concrete surface should be clean, flaten and cracks must be smoothed with Motar resin. 2. Primer: According to site situation, dilute UT-202 with sufficient water. It can apply by spray, brush or scraper method to homogenized state. 3. Consturction on wear resistance mortar floor: To add sufficient dilute emulsion into harden mineral powder and stir to state of flow paste. Pour the mixture gently on the surface of construction. First, level mortar resin by using smooth pusher. Then using tooth shape original scraper scrape to the thickness which is required. Finally workers, who need to wear spiked shoes, should use trowel to modify surface to level. After full curing, a wear resistance and tough floor is formed. 4. Application for top coating: Surface color should be homogenous and sparking. After mortar resin layer dry, applying KD-908-1 solvent-based colorful top coating well by brush or spray method. The colorful high wear-resistant floor is formed.
Uses	Build for variety of indoor parking area and factories floor.
Coverage	Approximately 1.8kg/m2 for 1mm thickness.
Notes	1. Added sufficient water into emulsion while stir the mixture. 2. The instruments will be cleaned directly with after the mixture is not yet dring. 3. Must wear gloves and mask to avoid being touch. 4. Must immediately wash with plenty of water while power contact with eyes. 5. Store in a dry and cool enviroment. 6. Self life approximate 6 months when store in original sealed containers.
