| Description |
YU TAI Silicic Acid Permeant Crystallized Waterproofing Powder is permeant crystallized waterproofing material which major compound is silicic acid. While it mix with water, which occur continuous chemical reaction and produce crystal. The crack of concrete will be filled by the crystal to achieve waterproofing function. |
| Advantage |
1. UT-910 can permeate into concrete and crystallize which result excellent waterproofing property. Waterproofing membrane is peeling free. It is suitable to apply by negative water pressure method.
2. Easy to apply. Simple tools as brush and roller are fine to use.
3. Reacted with water. It is suitable for installation of humid surface.
4. Increasing concrete density. Scrape resistance, flaking free. |
| Instruction for use |
1. Oil and miscellaneous objects should be removed and clean from concrete surface.
2. Leaking situation should be fixed.
3. Soaking with water to wet state before installation.
4. Depending on site situation, add adequate water into the product. Approximately add 0.35~0.4kg for each kilogram.
5. Apply it by rush, roller or spray method. Application need to be applied at least two layers and each layer need to be 0.5~1mm thickness. |

| Notes |
1. If the temperature below 5C, installation should be pause.
2. After mixing with water, installation should be finished in one hour.
3. The key point of the product is soaking with water to wet state before installation, and spray water for curing after installation.
4. The unfinished material should be sealing up to avoid water permeate in, and effect the quality of product. |
